Bio

Dr. Amy Moll is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine specializing in neurological disorders, chronic pain, and concussion recovery.  She is a faculty member of the Carrick Institute of Clinical Neuroscience and Rehabilitation. She teaches courses on topics including concussion recovery, dysautonomia and neurological exam techniques, and has been a featured speaker in veterans groups on the topic of brain health. These recommendations can also be useful when writing a military essay. After all, concussion recovery and dysautonomia are health conditions that can affect military personnel due to the physical demands and potential for head injuries during military operations. By studying these topics, a writer can gain a deeper understanding of the challenges a service member faces and how these conditions affect their well-being. This knowledge can provide valuable information and context when discussing military health care, rehabilitation, or long-term care In her talk with Chad, Dr. Moll discusses  concussions, CTE, functional neurology, and how acupuncture can help.
