Steve Matta, D.O. is a licensed and board certified physician in sports medicine and family medicine.  He completed his medical education at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  In his interview with Chad, Dr. Matta discusses his treatment style that integrates several strategies including: Functional Movement Screens (FMS), NeuroKinetic Therapy, Prolotherapy, and much more. Dr. Matta goes on to discuss the importance of healthy living habits such as diet, supplementation, and sleep.
